1. Inner PP Bag:
This type of packaging is made from PP (polypropylene) granules with a very high proportion of virgin granules, resulting in a transparent finished bag. It is the best in terms of physical and mechanical properties compared to other types of PP bags at the same fabric weight.
2. Transparent Window:
It is a design position left blank (unprinted) with scope and shape according to the designer's idea. It is usually applied to woven PP bags with OPP laminated film in copper cylinder printing. At the transparent position, the contents inside the bag can be seen. This method helps packaging design become more vivid and realistic. Customers can see the product inside to make purchasing decisions.
3. Gusset:
Both sides of the bag will be gusseted square from 8cm - 10cm balanced by the gusset system, where product information is often printed. Gusseted woven PP bags create a box-like shape, making the bag more attractive, and after packing the goods into the bag, when stacking layers of bags on top of each other, the product can be easily identified based on the content printed on the bag gusset.
4. Folded Bottom Seam:
This is the most common type of bottom seam for PP bags, where the bag bottom is folded up 3cm and sewn with 1 or 2 parallel stitches.
5. Top/Bottom Hemming:
The bag bottom will be covered by a PP woven tape folded or laminated PP woven with OPP film, or PP woven laminated with paper. This sewing method is often used for PP woven bags with OPP laminated film containing powder products, or PP woven bags laminated with paper. With this sewing method, when delivering finished products, packaging manufacturers often include a separate roll of tape for Customers to use for sewing bags after packing.
6. PP Bag Handles:
PP bags used to hold products from 5kg - 10 kg can be designed with handles to increase convenience for Customers. Especially for 5kg rice bags, 5kg fertilizer bags. The common handle design is to punch handle holes on the mouth of the PP bag and sew plastic handles onto the mouth of the PP bag.
