Structure

Mini jumbo bags are a type of jumbo bag product, also known as big bags, bulk bags, FIBC. Mini jumbo bags are made from woven PP (polypropylene) and consist of three main parts: the body, the lid, and the handles.

Body: typically made from non-laminated PP fabric with a basis weight ranging from 120 gsm to 160 gsm. The fabric of mini jumbo bags is usually white or beige.

Lid: Most mini jumbo bag designs do not include a lid. However, in some cases, bags are designed with a 3-side open lid to cover the contents.

Handles: Bags typically have 2 carrying handles with strap widths ranging from 4cm to 7cm and heights from 15cm to 45cm. For reusable jumbo bags, the handles are usually looped through the bottom. In some cases, there are 4 handles sewn at the 4 corners of the bag, each with a height of 25cm to 45cm, similar to the lifting handles of standard jumbo bags.

Mini jumbo bags are considered an effective alternative solution for rigid plastic or metal containers.

Mini jumbo bags are specifically designed to hold from 50kg to 100kg, so their dimensions are much smaller than those of typical big bags.

The width of mini jumbo bags typically ranges from 35cm to 50cm, and the height ranges from 40cm to 70cm.

Bags can be flexo printed with 1-2 colors on one or both sides.

Applications

Mini jumbo bags are commonly used to store raw materials, components, or finished products in industrial production, such as fiber rolls, gloves, scraps, etc.

Mini jumbo bags are used for transporting sand, gravel, etc., in construction projects, offering a highly effective solution.

Mini jumbo bags are also used for storing planting soil, dry firewood, etc.
