Recruitment Requirements:

Head of Quality Management Department:

• University degree in related fields: Chemistry, Quality Management;
• Know (understanding) and experience in implementing and operating the ISO9001:2015 System; HACCP.
• Having knowledge and experience with PP and PE plastic packaging is an advantage.
• Soft skills: Good communication, good persuasive presentation, ability to identify and analyze problems well.
• Can travel for work between Tay Ninh and Tien Giang

Internal Control Specialist (Manufacturing operations control, assistant to the Board of Directors):

• Graduated from University in related fields: Chemistry - engineering, plastic technology, packaging production.
• Have at least 5 years of experience working as an assistant, executive manager or controlling production operations.
• Have thorough knowledge of the plastic industry, plastic packaging, and production environment.
• Management, monitoring, reporting, and synthesis skills

Business man:

• Graduated from College or higher majoring in Business Administration and related majors.
• Preferably have experience of 1 year or more in a similar position.
• Ability to work independently, Good coordination, good communication.
• Hard-working, careful, agile, and able to withstand work pressure.
• Age from 25 - 35 years old

KCS staff:

• Preferably female, Graduated from intermediate school or higher majoring in food chemistry or graduated from high school but have at least 1 year of experience working as KCS.
• Ability to work independently, Good coordination, good communication.
• Hard-working, careful, agile, able to withstand work pressure.
• Can work shifts or overtime.
• Age from 25 - 35 years old

Unskilled workers: Age from 18 - 35 years old

• Graduated grade 9/12; Vocational training will be provided upon accepting the job.
• Be hard-working at work; Hardworking, careful.
• Can work in shifts or overtime.

• Staff/specialist/Department Manager positions: salary negotiable based on capacity.
