A specialized large-size packaging solution for storing flour, fine, and super-fine flour with a load capacity of 500kg - 850kg. The big bag will have some special reinforced technical details to help prevent the powder product inside from leaking out.

- Using cage bags for jumbo bags (liner) is considered a simple method. The jumbo bag will be nested inside a tube-shaped or bottom-welded PE bag. The cage bag will be larger in size than the jumbo bag and 50 - 80mic thick to serve as a barrier and prevent product leakage.
- Sewing filler cord, all seams on the bag are sewn through a layer of anti-leak filler thread. Depending on the nature of the product, the jumbo bag manufacturer will choose a 5.5gr filler cord. /m or 6.5gr/m. The anti-leak cushion thread has the effect of shielding the position of the sewing needle hole, helping the product not to leak at the seams.
